We are Officially Launching in Fall 2026!

Rock Church Soulard exists for those ready to answer the call—to live on mission for King Jesus rather than settle for routine religion.
This is more than a place to attend; it’s a place to be shaped and sent. Come to hear the truth, find healing, and be equipped for Kingdom work. We are committed to life transformation, genuine community, love, unity, and spiritual accountability. Rock Church Soulard stands as a refuge for the broken and a launch point for disciples—mobilized to bring the gospel to the city and beyond.
Vision
Impacting Community, Making Real Disciples
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.” - Luke 4:18
Mission
Advancing the Kingdom of God through strategic outreach and effective discipleship.
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

Discipleship is one of the most essential—and most overlooked—foundations of the local church.
Yet it is the very core of the mission Jesus entrusted to His people. From the beginning of His earthly ministry, Jesus called and formed disciples. Without disciples, the Great Commission cannot be fulfilled, because the Church is not a building—it is people. To plant and sustain a truly biblical church, disciples must be raised who are willing to carry the work forward. With Jesus as the Head, the Body of Christ is made up of men and women who follow Him wholeheartedly—at home, in the marketplace, in the streets, and within the gathered church. From day one, Rock Church Soulard is committed to cultivating this culture of discipleship. Beyond worship gatherings, shared life, and community outreach, the church will implement the foundational levels of the Building Kingdom Citizens discipleship program. This curriculum will play a vital role in developing launch-team leaders and establishing a pathway for multiplying disciples as the church grows.

Every church is called to bring transformation to its city—how that calling takes shape depends on where God plants it.
Rock Church Soulard is strategically located alongside some of St. Louis City’s most underserved urban communities, including East St. Louis, Illinois. This placement is intentional, positioning the church at the intersection of real need and real opportunity. Outreach is not an add-on at Rock Church Soulard; it’s part of our foundational DNA. We meet practical needs by helping people get to services, providing food and clothing, and walking alongside individuals and families through relational mentorship and support.

Paztuh Mike and his wife, Anna, lead this vision from lived experience, not theory.
They understand that meaningful inner-city outreach is essential for a healthy urban church and lasting city impact. From 2012 to 2019, Paztuh Mike led Revive My People (formerly Men Standing Positive), his outreach ministry that partnered directly with this same Soulard location and its leadership. During that time, the campus served as a hub for community resources, mentoring, and job training—reaching individuals and families across North and South St. Louis and into East St. Louis, Illinois. Rock Church Soulard is being planted with the same heartbeat: meet real needs, build real relationships, and bring lasting hope to the city—both inside the church and far beyond its walls.

Connect with Community
Paztuh Mike, his wife Anna, and the Rock Church Soulard core team are already stepping into the community—both in person and online—building relationships with the people God places in their path. As interest grows, we’ll begin hosting intentional interest gatherings at the Soulard campus for those who want to learn more. These gatherings will cast clear vision, share the heart of the church, and help people see where God may be calling them to serve on the launch team. Our aim is simple and focused: identify, equip, and place leaders in every key role before launch day, so when the doors open to the public, the church is ready to serve the city with strength and unity.

Make Real Disciples
Once interest gatherings have identified and filled key roles, we will formally begin walking the launch team through the Building Kingdom Citizens (BKC) Discipleship program. This season is focused on laying strong spiritual foundations and aligning the team in culture, conviction, and mission. The launch team will complete the first three entry-level sections of BKC—progressing through the midpoint of the Discipline & Correction class —over an estimated six to eight months, with timing shaped by group engagement and discussion. This process ensures the team is equipped, unified, and ready to lead with clarity when Rock Church Soulard publicly launches. Launch Team Meeting Schedule Weekly Discipleship Class: Wednesday @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm Sunday Morning Service @ 10:30 am (These launch team meetings on Wednesdays and Sundays are not open to the public. Sunday services will not open up to the public until the official Launch date in Fall 2026. The purpose of these months is to raise up the leadership and nurture a strong community amongst the launch group.)

Activate Mentor Program
Rock Church Soulard now serves as the official community hub for Revive My People, with the dedicated entrance located on the side of the church at 1115 Victor St., St. Louis, MO 63104. From this location, day-to-day operations are fully activated—coordinating community outreach and events, facilitating the mentor program, and serving as the central drop-off, sorting, and storage site for all food and clothing resources.

Renovate Soulard Church Facility
Built around 1894, Rock Church Soulard campus is full of historic charm, nestled in the heart of the Soulard historic district. While the building carries timeless character, it requires significant renovations to support modern ministry needs—making it fully functional for Sunday services, discipleship programs, and community outreach. These updates will preserve its historic integrity while equipping the space to serve the city effectively for years to come.

Set Up Mission House
Just 5–7 minutes from Rock Church Soulard, a multi-family duplex needs to be ready to serve as both a missionary home for those serving in the church and temporary transitional housing for participants in Revive My People’s mentor program. With some basic renovations and furnishings, this duplex can comfortably accommodate both individuals and married couples. The goal is providing a safe, supportive, and accountible environment as they grow and transition to permanent housing.

This will include sermons, community events, street outreach, testimonies, and “Who We Are / What We Believe” videos—giving the city a real sense of the church’s heart and mission. 2. Targeted Local Ads – We will run strategic advertising across the greater St. Louis metropolitan area to promote upcoming evangelism outreaches and community events, ensuring the message of Rock Church Soulard reaches those who need it most.
