Who is Dr. Robert Loggins to Rock Church Soulard Plant-
Living the Great Commission since 1983, Dr. Robert Loggins—known nationwide as “The Discipleship Doctor”—has dedicated his life to equipping pastors, leaders, and believers to reach the world for Jesus Christ. As a spiritual mentor to Paztuh Mike and his wife Anna Elisabeth, Dr. Loggins provides consistent prayer, covering, and godly wisdom. He has given his full endorsement to the Rock Church Soulard plant, believing God is raising up this ministry “for such a time as this” to impact the St. Louis community.
Discipleship Ministry & Kingdom Influence -
RF Loggins Ministries began in 1999 while Dr. Loggins was a pastor in the St. Louis area. Alongside preaching and teaching, he developed discipleship materials to strengthen spiritual growth within the church. Dr. Loggins is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and Pillsbury-Scarborough Bible College & Seminary. He has also completed studies at Covenant Theological Seminary, Midwestern Theological Seminary, and was honored as an MBT Oxford University Scholar in 2010. Together with his wife Cassandra, he has served churches, organizations, and communities for more than 40 years.

Today, RF Loggins Ministries continues its mission: to equip the whole Church with the whole Gospel to reach the whole world. Dr. Loggins is excited to see God move in the St. Louis community through this Rock Church Soulard plant.
