Paztuh Mike Wuebbles and his wife, Anna Elisabeth, are launching Rock Church Soulard—a new Christian church plant in St. Louis, MO, located at 2420 S. 12th Street. This new church and community outreach center will bring faith, hope, and restoration to the Soulard, North City, South City, and East St. Louis, IL neighborhoods and beyond.
