Who is Pastor Leroy Gill -
In 1989, Pastor Leroy Gill Jr. and his wife Donna founded Jubilee Community Church in the heart of North St. Louis City. What began as a small gathering in their basement grew into a thriving church and community hub dedicated to the Gospel, discipleship, and neighborhood transformation. Currently, Pastor Gill and Donna continue to serve North City through local outreach, family ministry, church planting, and faith-based entrepreneurial work.
Church Partnership & Community Outreach -
For nearly a decade, Pastor Gill and Donna have been trusted ministry partners and close friends to Paztuh Mike and Anna. Through Revive My People (formerly Men Standing Positive), Paztuh Mike partnered with Jubilee Community Church for five years—bringing evangelism training, mentorship, and church home placement to residents across North St. Louis. Pastor Gill is excited to participate in this new endeavor with Paztuh Mike and Rock Church Soulard plant.
How Pastor Gill Supports Rock Church Soulard Plant -
Today, Pastor Gill serves on the Board of Directors for Revive My People and fully supports Rock Church Soulard plant. He continues to walk alongside Paztuh Mike and Anna, offering prayer, spiritual guidance, and leadership as they carry the Gospel into the Soulard community.
